Server Error in '/SecurityEXPERT' Application - Configuration Error - Parser Error Message: Required permissions cannot be acquired

When opening SecurityEXPERT windows (Policies, Scans, etc), you may get a message as shown below:

This message indicates that SecurityEXPERT is running on a Windows 2003 Server with "Windows SharePoint Team Services" (WSS) installed. SharePoint allows interactive web sites to be created and used collaboratively online.  Testing indicates that SharePoint includes a driver that intercepts any HTTP request.  To support SecurityEXPERT in a SharePoint environment, configuration steps include:

• Excluding SecurityEXPERT virtual directories in SharePoint

• Setting "Trust" and "Session State" for the SecurityEXPERT virtual directories

• Configuring permissions for the SECache folder

• Enabling Kerberos authentication
