UpdateEXPERT Premium 7.0 supports concurrent named Master-Agent connections. Configuring multiple Master-Agents to connect with is done with "Connect/Configure". See:

In "File > Agent > Settings", Agent:0 is always a Master-Agent name. Leaf Agents will typically be sequentially numbered from Agent:2 and higher.
By default, Agents inherit their settings from "GlobalAgents", which is a user-configurable set of Agent defaults.
Additionally, rather than change "GlobalAgents" defaults, you may uncheck "GlobalAgents" for each individual Agent, and specifically configure the Agent as you wish, without affecting the defaults for other Agents.
